How do I shop AREA57 online?
Open Shop or New Arrivals, select a product, choose your size and color, then add it to your bag. Review the items, delivery or pickup option, tax and final total before completing payment.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact AREA57 as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. The team will confirm what is possible based on the order’s current status. A request does not confirm a change or cancellation.
How do I request a refund?
Contact the store with your receipt or order number and explain the issue. The team will review eligibility and explain the next steps, including whether the item needs to be returned. Ask the team about processing time for an approved refund.
Does voice control record me?
Listening begins after you activate voice control. AREA57 does not store voice audio or transcripts; recognition and processing depend on your browser and device. You can use the regular buttons and menus instead.
What are Clearance Levels?
Clearance is experience progress in this browser. It has no cash value and does not create discounts, reserve products, confirm payments, or grant account access.
How do I use AREA57 Radio?
Press Play on the record player or bottom music bar. Both control the same song. Use Watch video to open the video and song controls; Tuck away closes that panel while playback continues. Press Pause whenever you want to stop the music.
How do I find my size?
Use the size filter, then check the exact color and size on the product. Your saved size is a preference, not a guarantee of fit. Call with the product code if you need measurements.
Does adding to my bag reserve stock?
No. Your bag stays on this device when browser storage is available. Check the bag for any saving warning. Availability is checked when checkout starts; an item can sell out before that point.
Why can I browse but not pay?
The bag shows current payment availability. If online checkout is unavailable, call the store for help. No payment has started just because an item is in your bag.
